Uncomfortable . Not sure how to use volume controls as they seem unresponsive . Sat one night listening though one ear only only not sure why both were not working .instructions and app poor
The installation and the sound are very good. But the silicone adapters are too big, even the small size is nit very small. Two smaller sizes are nessecary to cover every costumer. Also, the small size comes without the thin part which is insertet in the upper part of the ear…. why?!
I’m having difficulty paring the ear pods
easy to set up, connects easily with all devices and good quality sound.. can fall out of ear occassionally
Sennheiser quality as always shines through. The TV clear set does what it says on the tin. The only downside is the App that controls it. It is a bit buggy at the moment and is prone to lockup or not see the device. Although it does this occasionally it doesn't stop the device working as soon as TV is on and you stick them in your ears. Away they go. Love them, especially the clarity function as I am a bit mutt & Jeff as are most ex RAF engineers. Quality and comfort. I have numerous Sennheiser products as they are superb, pricey but superb.
