Je trouve les écouteurs vraiment de très bonne qualité..la meilleure que j'ai eu en écouteurs bluetooth...Mais par contre la boîte est belle certes mais me semble pas très résistante ce que je regrette un peu.. j'aurai préféré une boîte en plastique bcp plus résistante ...
I have several other pairs of earbuds, most much cheaper. My other "good" set is the Samsung pro. They sound lovely, but don't stay in my ears, so I don't wear them out much for fear of losing one. The sennheisers lock into my ears much better, and, for better or worse, are considerably larger so should one drop I stand a better chance of locating it.
Sound quality between the two is comparable but definitely different; frankly, I prefer the Samsung, but not by much.
The app for the sennheisers allows customizing the touch functions, which is very nice.
I prefer the sennheiser's transparency control, activated by touch; the Samsung tries to sense when the wearer is speaking to activate their transparent mode, and altho they are more "transparent" than the senns, they can be triggered by loud music playback.
I was surprised that the senns only support right ear single ear playback; of the half dozen or so earbuds I own, these are the only ones that don't allow the choice of side for single ear playback. I was very disappointed to find this limitation.
But I'm generally satisfied with the performance of these buds; at full price, currently something between $150 and $250 I wouldn't consider them a value, but for the $100 they are much nicer.
As far as the refurbished process: the buds were as new, absolutely perfect. But they did come still paired to Bruce's ipad, so Bruce, wherever you are, if you see this review you should know your "rejected" earbuds have found a new home. Thank you for breaking them in for me.

MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 Refurbished
It does not really good but I can accept it. However, the headphone should be factory reset before sell out again. With my earphone, the battery on the left side may have a problem. I use both at the same time but the left earphone runs out of battery first. I do not know why? I sent an email to customer service and waiting for their response.
