You would not know these were refurbished, arrived in 2, days in perfect condition. They fit nicely in the ears, they don’t move once in place. Sound quality is excellent, they pair and connect right away ( the main reason I replaced my Cambridge Audio ones with these) and noise cancelling works a treat. The App works well too.
Overall very satisfied with both the Earbuds and the service from Sennheiser.

What a natural wide soundstage has these earbuds. Low distorion and with AAC and atpX a very full sound, with controlled bass, detailled mids and sparkeling highs. A terrific in ear headphone. Sennheiser thank you.
Great sound quality, comfortable to wear.love it
These sounded great but would not hold their battery charge. Returning although free of charge is a bit of a faff as you have to package them up and take them to a DHL collection point. Refund took about 3 weeks to come through.
